Dozens have been killed in Indian-controlled Khasmir, when anti-government militants opened fire against a group of visitors near the resort town of Pahalgam. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has labelled the attack at Baisaran meadow an act of ‘terror’, promising to bring the perpetrators to justice.
