A Pakistani ranger was caught by the Border Security Force along the India-Pakistan border in Rajasthan on May 3, news agency PTI reported, citing official sources. The arrest comes days after Pakistan captured a BSF jawan and has not released him despite strong protest by India. The development comes amid growing border tensions between India and Pakistan over the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people, mostly tourists, were killed on April 22.
