S.M Krishna, former Karnataka Chief Minister and External Affairs Minister, has passed away at 92. He was a Congress stalwart for over 50 years before joining BJP in 2017. Krishna served as Maharashtra Governor from 2004 to 2008 and was credited with Bengaluru's development as a Silicon Valley. He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2023.
